Pure Mathematics

Research in Pure Mathematics includes topics such as algebra, functional analysis, graph theory, number theory and group theory. The main focus in the study on algebra is Lie algebra, Liebniz algebra, Hopf algebra, K-theory algebra, algebraic topology and homological algebra. Whereas functional analysis studies the classes of infinite-dimensional topological vector spaces that appear in functional analysis. Graph theory is concentrated to the characterization of chromatically unique graphs, distribution of roots of the chromatic polynomial, bounds and inequalities of the chromatic polynomials of certain families of graphs. On the other hand, number theory is the study of the properties of integers, as well as related generating functions (analytic number theory), arithmetic in generalizations of the integers (algebraic number theory), the distribution of rational and algebraic numbers within the reals (Diophantine approximation), and countless other topics. Finally, group theory studies the algebraic structures known as groups.
