On 2nd October 2024, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in collaboration with FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., successfully organized the UPM-FAHLA Medical Physics Course Level 3, focusing on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare and Advanced Technology. The event held both online and on-site at the Philip Kotler Hall, UPM, attracted medical physicists, radiographers, radiologists, and researchers from various institutions worldwide.

This advanced course provided a comprehensive overview of the latest advancements in AI applications in medical physics. Participants gained insights into the role of AI in diagnostic radiology, medical data analysis, neuroscience, and clinical care. Key topics such as Monte Carlo Simulations, Radiomics in Cardiovascular Imaging, and AI in Structural MRI were highlighted.
