The business premises known as Medan Tawang houses a variety of attractive shops, including MyNews, Panas Express, and several eateries that are popular with visitors.

A total of 7 vendors are currently in operation. The vendors include:

1. MYNEWS RETAIL SDN BHD – A convenience store chain that sells daily necessities, beverages, snacks, personal hygiene products, and ready-to-eat food items.

2. MYHAN VENTURE – This business provides and sells cooked meals, specializing in local Malaysian cuisine.

3. MATAHARIIS SPICE N FOOD – A business that offers rice-based dishes in the nasi kandar style along with a variety of beverages.

4. ZD FEEZEE ENTERPRISE – A business selling light snacks such as kebabs, roti john, tortillas, sausage buns, as well as a range of ice-blended drinks and coffee.

5. TRIPLE A SOUL TRADING (YELLOW TAKOYAKI FOOD TRUCK) – A business selling various takoyaki menu items from a yellow food truck.

6. SMART MEAL HOLDING GROUP SDN BHD (PANAS EXPRESS) – A 24-hour convenience store offering food and daily essentials such as snacks, bread, and drinks. Panas Express utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology along with cashless and online payment systems.

7. DONNA EMPIRE: Nickmad Thai Tea & Coffee – A business selling tea and coffee beverages.
