Occupational Safety and Health Committee are responsible for:
- Inspect workplace periodically (KKP Self-Audit)
- Inspect and conduct investigations at the workplace after receiving reports on accidents/dangerous incidents
- Discuss reports regarding accident/dangerous incidents
- Make suggestions on improvements
- Keep records related to occupational safety and health
- Report items 1-5 to JKKP UPM periodically or after accidents/dangerous incidents happen
- Assist JKKP UPM in carrying out functions related to safety and health in order to promote compliance with safe and healthy workplace.
